Simple meditation methods for quantum, jumping, great examples on how it was discovered , where does it come from, why does the work, and how to do it?

Great information!

Have not tried the technique yet since I just finished listening. But the there is much information in it that I have heard before from different places including the Bible. All of the pieces are falling into place!
