Humans will work hard against themself when in an addictive cycle. Often, addictions are hidden or even acceptable in society. We will usually hop from one to another until we take the time to find the secret within our behavior and allow it to become a secret to success. Mastering the ability to stay focused or addicted to happiness, health, and bliss is a life-changing superpower.

This book is dedicated to my son, Hayden Ray. 07/21/1995-06/02/2023
Hayden built a warrior out of a broken little girl. He taught me how to stand firm in my truth. He taught me to use my thoughts to change our world and to use writing to create my emotional reality. Most of all, he taught me the value of putting my mask on first. Despite never walking or talking, he taught this to everyone who crossed his path in some way or another. He taught us Hayden’s Way. I will be an example of his Addiction to Bliss for the duration.
