It was absolutely fun I listen to this audiobook. It’s so cute and romantic and funny.

Cute lighthearted story. It’s a good story to hear after hearing those tear your heart out love stories.

Super cute and an easy listen

I absolutely love the characters and how Izzy is so down to earth. She seems like someone I could hang out with and we’ll eat pizza. Definitely had me rooting for her and Chesty the whole book.

The dialogue was cute, quick and witty. I got frustrated with the cuteness after awhile. Narrator did a good job with quick dialogue between the two.

A sweet fall read

Loved these characters! Lynn Painter is so good at writing men - marry me, Blake. Just the right amount of sweet spice + sarcastic humorous banter. Great performance. Will definitely listen to this again.

Hilarious

I read some of the reviews that were previously posted and you’ve got to be kidding. How could they not have enjoyed Izzy and Bailey’s banter. This book was hilarious and Lyn Painter has another fan in me. I listened to the audio version of this book and laughed out loud so many times. The young lady who narrated this little gym did an excellent job. The witty banter back-and-forth through their texts and conversations moved the story forward and certainly held my interest. If this is an example of the authors work than I am in for the rest of what she’s done. to me, this was a definite 5 star experience.

Super sweet story

I'm a sucker for romance movies, the kind with the predictable plot line that they use over and over because it fills that gap between fairy tails and real life. The fun setup, the fresh love, the misunderstanding and the feel good happy ending. Although that classic misunderstanding was so much more in this book, so much more realistic. All topped off with imperfect relatable characters. Someone call hallmark, this needs to be a movie.

Fun and Flirty

The narration was very good - from the excited squeals to the snarky comments. There are laughable moments that take you away. The cat comments and scenes are so sweet and spot on. The sexy scenes are very tame. There is quite a bit of cursing and “F” bombs though. Overall, an enjoyable book that took me away and I didn’t want to stop listening to.
