Great Read
Above the Law (Billy Jo McCabe Mystery Book 5) was a great read by Lorhainne Eckhart. Police Chief Tolly Shephard could be protecting a criminal within his family. An anonymous woman approaches Billy Jo and tells her about an unspeakable crime that is happening right under the watch of the chief of police. The victim of the crime just so happens to also be Tolly Shephard’s niece. Billy Jo and Mark investigate it and realize that people are using the law to their advantage. I enjoyed reading this book and cant wait to read more by the author.
