Binged Series

I binged read/listened to this series from book 1 to this book that's how good it was. The narrators are perfect and helps bring the books to life. I'm starting to binge on NYPD blue & gold now. I love dogs and LOVE the malinois breed and I'll probably never own one knowing I'm not a good owner for them but man do I wish for one. Highly recommend this series and Author, hopefully she does more on cops and K9s

Love this series, What’s not to like hot guy with great dog and a strong woman. Good action and love scenes.

Entertaining story!

This was entertaining. We get to see Jamie and figure out some of what was going on with him. This is the 7th book in the series and it can be read as a standalone, though we have seen Jamie in previous books and got a hint that something was going on. Jamie has been undercover on a case to infiltrate the Mancuso crime family working with the FBI in order to try and get his father out on parole as he has been diagnosed with cancer and isn't doing well. Jamie has done a good job of getting in and now he has finished the 6 month stint in prison and is out starting the next phase when he heads into the Italian Bistro and meets Bella. He is genuinely drawn to her which is not the best thing when undercover and there being lots of questions about her involvement and is she willingly involved, coerced and her awareness of everything. The story was well done and really brings in the tension as both Bella and Jamie are genuinely drawn to each other and it is hard for both of them to avoid and deny which they would both prefer to do for their own reasons. Jax loves Bella as well which of course is a big point in her favor. I loved watching them rescue Gnocchi as well and the way the dogs interacted and played in the story. Jax was so cute and very well done. I loved the reunion between Jamie and Jax, so heartwarming! The story was well written and flowed pretty smoothly and held my attention with a good blend of action, intrigue and romance.
The narrator did a good job with the story and characters and bringing it to life.

All those hard ass BEAUTIFUL men with all their bad ass AMAZING dogs showing up together to back up one of their own and kick some ass!? Yeah. I love that!!

Great storyline with heart, love and danger. Great narration. Really good all around book. Recommend.
