I really liked this audiobook! Some chapters like the ones on managing distractions at work and improving communication in relationships, were especially helpful. The narrators did a great job clear, engaging, and easy to follow. Felt very real and practical throughout. Their tone was warm and supportive, which made it easy to stay focused and feel understood. Overall, it felt like listening to a helpful friend who really gets what living with ADHD is like. Highly recommended.

This audiobook was easy to listen to. It explains ADHD in a simple way. I felt like someone finally got what I was going through. It talks about the brain, feelings, and why some things are harder for people with ADHD. I liked how it gave tips too, not just info. The voice was clear and calm, not boring. I think this is good for people who have ADHD or know someone who does. It made me feel less alone.

Really helped me

It's hit hard. It explained my ADHD in a way that actually made sense — no fluff, just real talk. Helped me fix things with my girl and stop feeling broken. Lost a star 'cause some tips were basic, but overall? Solid. Life feels way more in control now.

I found this audiobook really helpful and comforting. It doesn’t just talk about the struggles of ADHD, it also focuses on the strengths that come with it. The way it’s explained is easy to follow, and it made me feel like I’m not alone in how I think or deal with things.

I liked that it gave real tips for everyday life, like how to manage work better, handle relationships, and stay focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt supportive, not preachy.

If you have ADHD or know someone who does, this is worth listening to. It’s honest, kind, and practical.

i grabbed this audiobook hoping it’d be the thing that finally helps me get my life together—work, relationships, everything. It dropped some solid gems on how to stay organized and keep my head in the game, especially when my mind starts bouncing everywhere. I’m not gonna lie, it did help, but it’s not gonna fix everything in one shot. I still catch myself losing focus sometimes, but at least now I’ve got a couple tricks to fall back on.

If you’ve got ADHD and want some real advice, it’s worth a listen. Just don’t expect it to be a magic fix—it’s more like a solid start to getting your life on track.

Solid Tips, But Don’t Expect Instant Results.

I was honestly hoping it would dig a little deeper, but it felt pretty surface-level. A lot of the advice sounded like stuff I’ve already heard a bunch of times. Some parts were helpful, sure, but overall it didn’t give me anything new or eyeopening. It kind of dragged in places too. Maybe good for beginners but I needed more real talk and less repetition.

Not What I Expected

Real talk about ADHD, no fluff. The author gets it – the struggles, the wins, the whole shebang. The relationship advice was a game-changer; I actually used a technique from the book and had a much better conversation with my partner. It's fantastic but could use a few more specific examples. Highly recommend if you're navigating ADHD.

"ADHD and You: Unlocking the Power to Succeed in Work, Love, and Life" has some helpful points, but overall, I was left wanting more. The audiobook offers basic information about ADHD but it lacks depth and real-life examples to make it more engaging. Some of the advice felt too generic, like "stay organized" or "manage time better," which isn’t always practical for those struggling with ADHD. It’s a decent introduction, but I expected more actionable insights.

Helpful, but Lacks Depth

So, the only proper attitude to ADHD is that’s some individual feature not a bug. And that’s example of Rich Branson becomes really classical when talking about the ADHD specifically. And I would add some more on the subject – behind the world-known British billionaire there is a huge number of successful business people with some evident signs of the ADHD. One of those signs is a high level of personal energy – sometimes even overwhelming for the friends, partners, and family.

So, yes, I also would name it rather a superpower but with some side-effects attached. This book explains all the nuances clearly, so I can confidently recommend it to all interested in the subject. The quality of narration is above expectation, just be ready to hear ‘ADHD’ abbreviation multiple times during listening.
