I didn't know this was me until..

I purchased this book because, years ago, I had read The Way They Learn, and loved her style of writing..I really understood her! Also, this title got me..I desperately want to be a woman of strength and purpose... I just couldn't seem to BE what I thought that was supposed to be, quiet, following meekly, keeping my thoughts and ideas to myself, and finding myself apologizing for it on the regular. I am almost 48 years old, and I just learned that I AM A STRONG WILLED WOMAN. and, I'm supposed to be. so very grateful for the clear teaching and instruction on this, how it taught how I'm to be me, yet His, obedient to Him, and also a trailblazer for Hm. Questioning is not.wrong; doing my own thing when He clearly said otherwise when I don't hear an answer is. Thankful for this book.

Every book Cynthia Tobias writes is awesome!

I have never read a bad book by Cynthia Tobias. She always has a unique perspective and is never borning. As a strong willed leader, I appreciate her balance.

Me, too?!

I bought this book to gain better insight into my 2 adult strong willed daughters, and 2 (at least!) strong willed grandchildren. I did not expect to see myself here too, yet there I was! Sooo insightful! Thank you, Ms. Tobias, for another home run! I just wish I had been able to read your books 34 years ago, upon the arrival of my first strong willed daughter!

I'm a fan of her books and they're so helpful. I only wish I had read You Can't Make Me when it came out. Thank you, now off for more titles.

Must read for every SWW

Cynthia provides great insight for strong willed women and the people who love them. I’m an SWW whose struggled over the years understanding the battle within. So many about how I interact with myself and others makes so much more since! Excellent read!
