Fantastic Story
What made the experience of listening to A Winter Dream the most enjoyable?
I was drawn to the fact that this story was based on a biblical story.
What other book might you compare A Winter Dream to and why?
I don't compare books to one another because I like to enjoy each one and the gifts it bestows.
What about Fred Berman’s performance did you like?
Great performance!
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, this was a great story.
Any additional comments?
My only suggestion would be that it is not necessary to begin the narrative by explaining the story of Joseph from the Bible. Giving out that information at the beginning removes the anticipation of the reader since we already know how it will end.

A good interpretation of a biblical story
Well written and performed. The writer is very creative in being able to take a classic bible story and relate it to present day. I highly recommend it.

I couldn't stop listening
Where does A Winter Dream rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I may have just found a new favorite author. This is the first book I have real written by Evans. I plan to read all his others.

Bible scripture meets a modern story!
I was very moved by this modern day telling of the story of Joseph. The book is well narrated where the heart of the character shines through. A must read for the holiday spirit!

Who was your favorite character and why?
Joseph, he was a true Christian in every since of the word.
Which character – as performed by Fred Berman – was your favorite?
Joseph, my heart went out to him through his trials and tribulations. I loved it when his siblings had to eat their words.
If you could take any character from A Winter Dream out to dinner, who would it be and why?
Joseph, I would want to hear him speak. Maybe even see if he had a dream of me and my future. He was such a good person.

Richard Paul Evans writes the best books! I own everyone of his books, even the children's books and I don't have any children. They are that good. Thank you for writing such heart felt books. Some day I would like to meet him.
