He’d only been back in England, after a lengthy absence, for six months, and nothing in society had changed. They were all insufferable fools. One woman stands out amongst them all, and he is riveted with her. She does and says what she wants, but not in malice. She’s kind to the servants and sneers at any gentleman that tries to charm her. He’s intrigued, and tempted in ways he never has been before. But how does a duke catch the interest of a woman that doesn’t want to be courted?

Amazing Christmas story

A Wallflower’s Stolen Christmas by Dawn Brower is an excellent Victorian Christmas romance. Charlie Albers did an excellent job with the narration. The story is entertaining, interesting, enjoyable, and fun. Lady Selena Brooks is a what they call a wallflower.. She would rather then stay home then go to social events. When her cousin set aside some money for her dowry, the Ton flock to her but she would rather them like her for her than to marry. Duke Kingston Rown hates social gatherings altogether. He has been gone for 6 months but nothing changed. He thinks they are all fools. But when he see Lady Selena Brooks he wants her. Will their relationship work out? I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. Highly recommend
