Disappointed

I read everything she writes but this time I bought the book in Audible form. The story seemed to drag and the Audible reader was extremely boring. There was no enthusiasm or personality to the reading, it creates a scene that was boring and mundane. Leigh Ann Dobbs is a great writer and her story deserved more than this.

Pleasant enough time water

Not a bad read but, at times, the main protagonist comes across as a bit dim. Also, it’s hard to understand why a middle aged woman would behave like a teen girl around a guy she had a crush on in high school. Surely the vast majority of middle aged people would mature over twenty years.

This is a delightful read. Cat lovers will love this story. You'll love all the twists and turns this cozy mystery will take you on.

Liked the story's premise,

I liked the main concept, but I wished the main character sleuthed rather than others do it for her.

Nice tidy mystery with just the right amount of "catdom". Not totally predictable..and therefore refreshing.

Good start!

This is a nice little cozy with well written characters and some really cool, long-suffering cats! I can't wait to read the next one!

Too many words takes too long to do anything. Get rid of Mike. Why is everyone around her nasty and snarky

Love The Cats!!!

Loved to concept and ALL THE CATS. Story to long and the people often boring . Most memorable moment was when ALL the Cats got together and made their plan. Liz Brand is an amazing full spectrum narrator...one of The Best I've ever heard. I have loved all of Ms. Dobbs stories. Am hopping the next one in this new series is back up to her quality of writing.

Fun if you like cats!!!

Silly but fun!!! A little mystery, a little love story!!! Cute and easy to put down and pick up when time is available!!! I think I might need to listen to another!!
