What would you do if you were being reluctantly plunged into events from the past, many of which happened before you were even born? This is exactly what’s happening to Amber. She tries to keep these experiences secret out of fear people will think she’s making them up or losing her mind. How can the past be hanging around the present for her to slip into? She discovers things during some of her visits to the past, such as the secret of what really happened to her family's dog.
