This is the best book I had ever read before.

This book is the best book ever . I really do not read adble books because of the voices but this one is really good. And the story of it is really good.

Uplifting

The overall story was good and uplifting. Shows that there’s a silver loin every cloud

I loved that Joy makes new friends and learns to adjust to a New house and new school environment

I enjoyed most of the story
*** spoiler alert ***
That is until Joy made Nora angry. I think it was a complete overreaction to their interaction. And Joy did way too much to make up for something that wasn’t that big of a deal I think that’s a bad message to children to go to those extremes to chase someone down and beg them to be friends Nora was the one who dropped the ball by not upholding her responsibility to walk the dogs, which was a chain reaction to other bad things happening so I did not care for that part of the story.

Loved this book! I’m currently reading it to my 4th graders and they are obsessed with the plot. They never want me to put the book down! The audio book is just as great. The speaker did a great job, too!
