A Short Handbook To Retrievals

The warm reception received from my psychic memoir Moving Through Many Dimensions and the interest shown by its audience in the art and craft of retrievals, where lost and confused spirits are encouraged to let go of their ignorance, doubts and fears and then guided to the light of whatever astral plane suits their cultural and religious assumptions and beliefs, convinced me that a concise guide to the variety of rescue work that can be employed by those seeking to enrich their inner journeys by the exercise of such compassionate action could be useful to many.
During the summer of 2004 I compiled not only a selection of my own experiences through the years but those of other practitioners who'd committed their methods to print. The modalities of lucid dreaming, shamanistic trance, projection both during the sleep and awake states, and passive reception of wandering spirits to rescue circles were all included. I rounded it off with a selection form my bi-weekly zoom group where relative newbies found that with a minimum of encouragement and meditation, they could could taste the rewarding thrill of spirit contact and 'ghost' removal.
My byword was essentially, - "It's not harder than you think it's easier than you think", and I stand by that today.
