modern day sea adventure

it took me a few chapters to get into it but after that I didn't want it to end. It took me on an adventure on the sea.

Descriptions of the land and sea and characters is outstanding

I loved the story, the characters. I especially loved the interaction between Cleopatra Highborn and Tully.

Timeless classic

Love how the story ties with music throughout his life. Absolutely a great book! Wish I would have read it sooner!

The descriptions of the islands and people

How could there be anything you dislike about the book. As a parrot head it is the life and world we want and need. Some of it is magic, Some of it's tragic. I am done time to go surfing
