At night, when i can not sleep, I listen to this book. The reason is that it has great information, and gives me positive things to think about. It is well worth your time.

Great for Psalms retreat instructors
This is a great resource if you are teaching a retreat. This breaks down a full retreat on the Psalms. Father Guinan has another Psalms audiobook that provides background info on the ancient cultures and how it influences the Psalms. This audiobook is more of a retreat layout than a detailed background because he already did that in the Pentateuch, Old Testament 101 and his Wisdom audiobook.
I’m a big fan because his work is simplified and easy to digest regardless of your background in religion.
