Great for Psalms retreat instructors
This is a great resource if you are teaching a retreat. This breaks down a full retreat on the Psalms. Father Guinan has another Psalms audiobook that provides background info on the ancient cultures and how it influences the Psalms. This audiobook is more of a retreat layout than a detailed background because he already did that in the Pentateuch, Old Testament 101 and his Wisdom audiobook.
I’m a big fan because his work is simplified and easy to digest regardless of your background in religion.
