A Lady of Quality

Catherine du Coeur plots revenge against a baron, Lord Winston, who falsified evidence accusing her father of treason, which sent the French comte into hiding to avoid execution. With a trusted friend’s help, Catherine assumes a false identity and takes a position as the lowly companion to a wealthy widow related to the baron. But the closer she comes to Lord Winston, the more she begins to doubt that the seemingly upright gentleman could have such evil in his heart. As for her own traitorous heart, she struggles not to surrender it to the handsome baron.
