Spending time in scripture can be difficult; this 5 day "journey" gives you an accessible way to step into the Word.

"A Journey through Spiritual Gifts" is a 5-day devotional exploring “spiritual gifts.” You know the feeling: you see someone with an impressive gift (trick shots, an inspiring speech, musical skills), and think, “I wish I had a gift like that.” What if you discovered God has given you a gift even more impressive? If you’re willing to look and listen for God, we believe you’ll find He’s placed something incredible within you. As Jesus put it in Matthew 7:7, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.”

You will have everything you need to engage this passage: the scripture, a reflection, guided questions, and a way to pray. These are designed to be accessible to you, whatever your situation. Maybe you have a Bible, and maybe you don’t. Maybe you like reading Scripture, and maybe you haven’t read a verse in months. Maybe you believe God loves you, and maybe you aren’t sure if He is real.

Whatever your situation, we really believe that God is real, that He loves you, and that He’s given you the Bible because there’s something He wants you to hear.

You don’t have to be “Christian” enough or “smart” enough or “well-read” enough to hear Him, you just have to be willing enough.

Over the course of 5 days, we will use several passages to explore these themes, and how they influence the gifts God has given:

• LOVE
• PERSPECTIVE

These themes will take you beyond an academic approach to the Word to something "abundantly more".
