Great overview of the process taken to restore the house.

The story telling including the education obtained prior to taking on all the repairs to preserve the original construction of the house was impressive.

Great book

Loved this. Short and sweet, and was transported by the journey. It makes me want to apprentice myself to craftsman and quit my job as a teacher. But i guess I’ll just make furniture instead.
