Utterly Awful

I would give it negative stars if I could. This "book" was just thrown together, poorly formed ideas... definitely not a "guide" of any kind. The sentence structure sounded like it was a poor translation from Japanese! Save your money and avoid this like the plague!

Here's a quote: "The natural environment will allow you to feel nature... including the birds and the breeze running through your hair."
