When Rori Forrest’s Uncle Bob is the prime suspect in a murder, Rori sets out to clear him of suspicion. Creating a Civil War Battlefield in Oregon is a bit kooky but Uncle Bob would never murder someone. Would he?

Rori has reluctantly returned home to Forrest Cove after many years in Seattle as she tries to figure out her life choices. Forrest Cove is full of family, childhood friends, and a myriad of magical folk such as witches, fae, and shape shifters. There are rumors of vampires but one has yet to make itself known in the small Pacific Northwest town.
