This is a story about a dolphin who was found on the ocean's floor when she was just a baby. She was adopted by a wise and wonderful Fairy Godmother, who had always wanted a child of her very own. She named the girl Amari, which means strong & lovely.

Amari has a lot of questions about growing up, like all kids do. Fairy Godmother teaches her young calf that she must learn to 'swim her own path,' and that her Fairy Godmother will always be just a whistle away.
