This was my first book by this author, and I will definitely listen to it read more! I can’t wait to go to the beginning of the series! I loved the characters. Their story was a sweet page turner.

A Lovely Next Chapter in the Eureka in Love Series

A Christmas Proposal was a delightful return to Kerri and Eric’s story, and I loved getting to see the next stage of their relationship unfold. This installment had all the warmth and charm I’ve come to expect from the Eureka in Love series, making it a perfect seasonal listen.

River Ford delivers a sweet, clean romance that focuses on heartfelt moments, emotional growth, and the comfort of familiar characters. The story flows beautifully and never feels rushed, allowing the relationship to develop in a way that feels genuine and satisfying. It left me smiling more than once and completely content by the end.

Jenn Lee’s narration was a great fit for this story. Her performance captured the gentle tone and emotional beats perfectly, making it easy to settle in and enjoy every moment. Overall, this was a cozy, uplifting audiobook that left me feeling happy and fulfilled—exactly what I hope for in a holiday romance.

Sweet Romance!

This is the eighth book in the Eureka in Love Series, a small town romance. This is a sweet follow up to Kerri and Eric's story from Chocolate Kisses, book one in the series. Their story is sweet, emotional, and beautifully written. I believe it is better to listen to this series in order. Jenn Lee did a good job with the narration.

Eric and Kerri

Eric is in love with Kerri, and asked her to marry him previously. Kerri has rheumatoid arthritis, and does not want to burden Eric with her illness. She loves Eric though. She is still coming to grips with how the illness will impact her life, and her need to alter her life to accommodate the illness.
I was fed up with Kerri, and her attitude. In the end Eric gets through to her, and they give love a chance. Good story line, with well developed characters. I recommend reading the series in order, but not required.
