A Christmas Miracle in New York

Valerie is a 23 year old homeless woman living in an alley in New York City. She is penniless, begging for food and she has a secret that she is hiding. Joshua is a 27 year old Broadway actor down on his luck, living in Manhattan and making a living working as a custodian. He lost his girlfriend a couple years back from a fatal overdose of fentanyl and that has taken away his will to live. They meet at a grocery store where Valerie doesn’t have enough money to pay for an apple. Little do they know someone is looking out for both of them as a relationship starts to blossom. This is a story of love and compassion as two lost souls come together to protect a gift from God.

Too much stupidity. Very pregnant protagonist in a locked apartment. Neighbor friends don't have a key so door broken into TWice. In parts, wordy; unnecessary step by step details like an AI wrote it. (Like: he put the key in the lock. He unlocked the door. He turned the door knob. He opened the door.). At least one racist comment. It's a cute plot. Needs revision.
