Adelaide's Story at Last!
This story continues the storyline started in the first book of this series, though it can be read as a standalone. Most of the rest of the books in this series retell a single fairytale, but this one does a really cool blend of Swan Lake and The Seven Swans, which worked really well together!
I've been dying to learn what happened to Princess Adelaide ever since reading book 2 (which is her brother's story), and this book didn't disappoint! It has so many unique twists and turns!
The audiobook is well done. Esther Wane has the perfect fairy tale retelling voice with a dreamy, easy-to-listen-to quality to her voice.

My favorite of the series!
This story was by far my favorite, and I thoroughly enjoyed the performance! Her voices for the male characters are not my favorite, but she does such a good job with the narration and the female voices. If you love the Swan Princess, you’ll love this book!

PRINCESS ADELAIDE OF PALINAR HAS BEEN MISSING FOR YEARS. THIS IS HER STORY, ADELAIDE TRAPPED IN A CURSE BY LORD LEANDER CANNOT LEAVE THE SMALL VILLAGE OF NO CONSEQUENCE AND HER LAKESIDE BY NIGHT. PRINCE GABRIEL SET OUT TO FIND ADELADIE AND FIND HER HE DID, THOUGH SHE DID NOT DESIRE TO BE FOUND AND BE RESCUED AS THE DAMSEL IN DISTRESS.
THE STORY IS VERY UNIQUE KEEPING TO SOME OF THE ORIGINAL BALLET OF SWAN LAKE. THIS IS A STORY ABOUT LOVE, SACRIFICE AND HOW FAR ONE WILL GO TO BE WITH SOMEONE THEY LOVE. DOMINIC COMES IN THE END AND HE AND SOPHIE ARE EXPECTING TWINS! I WAS BEYOND EXCITED TO HEAR ABOUT SOPHIE AND DOMINIC AGAIN.
I LOOK FORWARD TO MORE AUDIOS FROM THIS AUTHOR AND NARRATOR, AND I CANNOT WAIT TO LISTEN TO THE LITTLE MERMAID!!!
