It's helpful to learn postnatal breastfeeding from this excellent audiobook. It gives comprehensive information about how to feed your breast milk efficiently. The food recommended from this book for increase your milk production is also helpful and healthy for the baby! Recommended to first-time moms!

Great information

I had purchased this book for my wife. It helped my wife with many of the challenges that come from breastfeeding our baby. At times we found it difficult but this book helped us understand what we needed to do during specific times which helped us with our feedings.

Incredible Resource

This audiobook was so wonderful for me. It’s written in a calm, conversational tone and repeats a few of the more important ideas a few times (really helps to drum it into your pregnancy brain). Lots of detailed information for during pregnancy and after birth. Gives you "troubleshooting" tips as well as what to expect at different stages based on months. It’s all the information I WISH hospitals and caregivers gave first-time moms but don’t. I had to learn all of it the hard way with my first and am so glad to have this resource for my second.

This book was beautifully written. As a breastfeeding mom myself it is nice to have other moms to relate to and tips and pointers to reference on days where it gets hard. I would highly recommend this book to all first-time mommas interested in breastfeeding. Breastfeeding can be scary but this book explains it and breaks it down in a way that will bring you comfort. Great guide !

This book is a great resource! Breastfeeding is important to help nourish our newborns properly.
