If you could sum up 7 Weeks to Unstoppable Self Esteem in three words, what would they be?

The model is really good and very clear and concise. However, after half of the time, the audiobook is practically over and the rest is an ad of the author! Did they just want to pump it to 2+ hours to justify the cost? Doesn't sound right, and it's a pity because the first hour was pretty good.

Ok overall, and a good listen. could do without the referencing of many other titles to check out from the author aimed at selling me instead of focusing on material I just purchased.
