"7-Day Sonic Tonic" is by far the best meditation book I have listened. The narration is beautifully soothing. The guided meditations are easy to follow.
Coming from a Reiki Master, this book will be a great addition to your meditative techniques and a great tool for chakra work.

Soothing and relaxing

I've enjoyed previous soundbath healing sessions I've joined in the past, and this audiobook is perfect for the same. The sounds are very soothing. The author created the sounds for each of the 7 chakras in each of the "chapters" of this audiobook. It is great to use for meditation and even promote a better, more restful sleep.

Such relaxing sounds

Life can be very hectic at times. I have 3 little kids. I love them, but constantly changing diapers, getting snacks, and stopping fights can be draining! This book was a great way to put some calm back into my life. I loved having it on at the end of my day after putting the kids down to bed. The calming voice and sounds helped me relax. This book was also easy to fall asleep to.
