I like the book very much! I already shared it with my son and I highly recommend it to all my friends. It is not only easy to listen and understand. You can easily practice and see the benefits within days. We often forget who we are and the ability we have to heal ourselves. Yes, we can heal and manifest positive changes in our lives if we focus on our dreams, not on negative outcome. Meditate, Contemplate, Focus, and Believe that all is well and it will be!
