Doors Volume

The Doors Volume captures the human evolution from the jungle to the indoors. If anything, human civilization is the manifestation of doors. The Egyptians invented fake doors, and old communities guarded their life and property with walls and doors. The biological human evolved into an artist, a scientist, and a spiritual human. But humans could not overcome the nostalgia for life in the jungle. The dialectical tension between indoors and outdoors defines the human journey on this planet. When the biological human faces extinction, as it most likely will, nature will reclaim and dismantle the gardens, cities, sculptures, and buildings of love and power. Nature has no use for doors, fake or real. First to die will be the biological human, then the human species' artistic, religious, and scientific doors.
