The narrator's voice and tone was very calming and she spoke clearly. When it comes to the content i was actually surprised how in depth it was and easy to follow. I learned a lot about myself and what i'm lacking in terms of taking better care of myself. I am in a new relationship and its so important to love yourself before you actually loves someone else. I will be listening to this again.

Something we all need to listen to. Self care is very important and the author lists out every aspect of life that needs self care. Narrator was nice and slow but I listened on faster speed and still understood everything. Audio quality was great as well.

This is balanced in helping you ask questions to get clear on where you land in the different categories of self care to allow you to know what your biggest priorities are and where to put your foocus. This awareness sets the stage for opportunity. I love how Katherine simplifies these concepts so there aren't questions left unanswered. Chapters are named well so you can come back to re-assess and know how you progress with time. I appreciate some of the powerful visuals in the meditations.
