Balance and a Conversation
I really appreciate it how the author was able to interconnect the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual elements together in this book. I have always believed that it takes balance throughout our life as well as self-control to truly live a life that God once for us. I really appreciate it that the author wasn’t just reading, but was having a conversation with the reader/ listener. I have truly been blessed by listening to this book, and I bought the physical book as well.
