This book reveals Jesus intended his Church to be based on the words he spoke and all that is written about him in the Scriptures. It was to be a place of love, joy, peace, healing, restoration, giving, praise and prayer. It was to be a place where sermons reveal him in the Scriptures and where miracles, signs, wonders, testimonies, prophecies and Holy Communion occurred each time his people met. The meeting was to be so full of life and joy and revelation that those who were present could not wait to share with others what they had learned about Jesus. This book shows his Church was to be a place where all are welcome to come to seek him and voice their doubts – a place where those doubts would be listened to by loving and caring leaders who would turn them to faith.

In many parts of the world today, the Church is not operating as Jesus intended. Christian leaders and all who run churches need to return to Jesus’ mandate for his Church. This book shows how Jesus intended his Church to operate. When we operate our churches in the way Jesus intended, they will be filled with people full of the joy of the Lord and the fullness of life Jesus came to bring them. Also the Church will have the full impact on the world that he intended.
