The best author ever, totally am in love with every book he has ever written. This book was just perfect and everything that I needed to hear... Literally and figuratively.

This will surprise you!

I was surprised to learn everything I need to do is what I practice every day in many other areas besides looking for a lifelong partner! I just didn't realize those things are paramount and as important in this task as in any other in my life. And looking back, I see they have worked for me before!

Look past the slightly patronizing tone for value

Brian Tracy is a very kind-hearted man. I met him during a seminar a couple of decades ago when this material was newly written. Ultimately, this applies to both sexes and all relationships.

Applies to both genders; focuses on self-development

The title maybe misleading if the reader expects to see a list of places where one can meet her match, besides mentioning the country clubs snd self-development seminars. The first three steps focus on describing the ideal match, upgrading one’s looks, and working on mental state and self-esteem. The rest of advice is about the ways one can upgrade his or her life snd become a better version of themselves, and how to develop knowledge about the areas of interests of an ideal match. I also liked advice on how to analyze past relationships, find the common denominator in their failures, and learn from them.

Simple, clear, right on point. Easy to understand and to implement. No fluff. Would surly recommend it.

not romance specific, could be also career goal..

It's summary of Brian teaching on goals achieving in general... Few added words reffer to success in romance but if those are cut off, it could be relevant for any goal... nice reading but I didn't learn anything new...

Good advice. The old tried and true is the new tried and true. Surprised? The best part of this book is that if you follow the advice you'll be happier regardless of outcome.

This was applicable prior to digital slavery

If you’re not familiar with digital slavery, it is the exploitation of an individual based on their digital identity through the means of hacking, sharing predictive analysis and the manipulation of people around this individual. It’s similar technique to what the mafia used except, through the PATRIOT ACT, the federal government is also in on the fun. The result is a human life that remains without the ability to make a choice for their own life because of the manipulation that occurs around them. This is generally done by people with lots of money/resources(e.g. governments and billionaires) for the purposes of entertainment at the cost of mental and physical health of the individual being targeted. The power of positive, willful, or intentional thinking becomes mute because the damage to your brain from the years of targeted oppression, abuse, hacking, and exploitation is more than likely permanent. If you’re around people who are under the spell of Peter Pan syndrome understand that you are among people who have been brainwashed and aren’t far removed from someone who purges people for entertainment.
