Using the fictional concepts of George Orwell's 1984, this 10th book by this writer is a satirical or realistic, let the reader decide, fictional conceptual prediction of global society in 2084 and of the world Party that will be its Power. Familiarity with any of the writer's prior writings on meta-ethics, epistemology, or philosophy of language is not necessary. However, to appreciate and understand either the satire or reality contemplated in the fictional works of this book does require some familiarity with the Orwellian world of 1984. This book, however, does stand on its own and makes sufficient descriptions of Orwellian fiction to make it understandable in its use in this fiction.
