The ways mentioned in the book is applicable to daily lives and comprehended easily. Adds more to the book with scriptures applicable to the events. It's a good book but might be easier to use the audio version than to read it. The narrator voice is good too. Like her voice. Encouraging and empathetic, not pushy nor too lecturing

What I like most about this book is that it’s broken up into smaller chapters, and each chapter contains practical things that you can do to actually make your life better. I tend to put my earbuds in and listen to this as I drift off to sleep, and I’ve found that it has made a deep impact on my life in only a short amount of time. I would recommend this book to any of my Christian friends looking to improve the enjoyment of their life bit by bit, day by day.
