This is a great listen, only 6 minutes long but packed with positive affirmations, beautifully narrated with gently soothing music in the background to put you in the mindset to really absorb the positivity. I know it says for kids and my kids had a blast listening but I also gained a ton of benefit by just pressing play. Highly recommend for a boost of mood and confidence!
