Every girl has the right to hear this. Very raw and true. No sugarcoating but full of care. This is book is not only about a lovelife but it is all about yourself. Having a self-respect, growth, maturity, and peace as a woman will be so helpful for every woman. Rosa McCoy, thank you for writing what we all needed to hear, I felt your intension in writing this book to help us women reconnect with ourselves. But reconnecting is not that easy, as Rosa say "Becoming a high value woman is not an overnight transformation, its a journey!" This quote perpectly captures the meaning of this book. This reminds me that we always grow, but growing takes time. Every step to get back having a selfworth, self-respect, and peace is a part of that journey. Learning to love and respect ourselves does not happen in a snap.

I realized how many times in the past that I compromised mynown standards just to please others or to avoid being alone. But with this book, I realized that I was wrong and I need to return who I am.

Through your words Rosa, I started to reflect more and told myself that I need to be more stronger in facing life. I shouldn't just give in to the pressue around me, especially that I am a public school teacher wherein environment can sometimes be draining. I've also learned that age is not a barrier to change. We can always choose to grow, empower ourselves, and choose peace over chaos. With this audible book, it makes me think that being a high-value woman is not about perfection, but it is all about aligment with your truth. Thank you Rosa for helping me realized that choosing myself isn't selfish, it's necessary.
