Overall Great Book!

I was impressed by the way that Melinda Ball took the 13 rules of communication, that many people who go through a Bachelors or Masters degree program in college/university have learned, effectively made it almost easier and more quickly to understand. Most of the rules may seem pretty basic, or even common in practice but when combined together, they work cohesively to form that excellence in communication she's speaking of in the title.
Looking at the titles information I was intrigued at how short it was. Unfortunately, I personally had trouble with narrators voice. Her accent was fine, her voice was just a bit monitone, and it made the book feel as if it would go on and on some times. Other than that the book was great!

Concise & Coherent

A lot of the information in this book, I had heard before. It was still super nice to hear everything all together in one place. The narrator was also absolutely phenomenal! I got a free code for this book from Reddit. Thank you!
