Fantastic Yoga for Seniors
I just got this audiobook for my mom who recently turned 70 and she absolutely loves it. She has definitely found an increase in her strength and flexibility since starting the yoga exercises. This book is a great guide for seniors looing to get active, stronger, more flexible/mobile and in turn sharpen mental clarity. It is very well written with a great background into yoga and the purpose and benefits of alignment. Truly a must read for seniors!

Incredible Book!!!! A must listen!
This book took me on a journey, I learned all about the fascinating history of yoga, I loved how the author narrated it herself. The voice was great, it was like a friend speakign to me and I thoroughly enjoyed the yoga sequences and the description of the poses, it was soothing to listen to, easy to get into the pose, and variations were offered for accessability. If you need an exercise plan that doesn't take up a bunch of time in your day this is a great find!!! Easy and effective these yoga poses will take your health to the next level!!! Highly recommend and it came with a free PDF so you can see all the illustrations for the poses to make it even easier to follow along, and there were videos in the PDF you could scan with a QR code that walk you through the sequences!!!!!!
