Many people don't realize it, but they have been abused and narcissistically injured, or wounded, throughout much of their lives. They have been around narcissistic or self-centered bosses, coworkers, parents, family members, children, teachers, coaches, and more. They may have been surrounded by people with OCPD, Asperger's Syndrome, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, or Autism Spectrum Disorders, and they may not even have recognized it.
This audiobook will discuss the feelings and emotions that you may experience when you are the victim of narcissistic wounding and injury, from another person or persons. We will discuss what Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome is. We will also talk about Cassandra Syndrome, Wendy Complex, and Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder - all which have roots in being exposed to people who are self-centered, rude, toxic, lacking in empathy, and more.
We will talk about things from the perspective of a narcissistic partner or a narcissistic relationship. All the chapters are worthy to get answers and get tips to recover and ti praise yourself to exit a horrible and traumatic experience with a narcissist. The most important thing is to recognize that this experience is a TRAUMATIC one.
