The guided meditations were incredibly soothing.The affirmations were powerful, and I love to listen to them around the house. I also love the variety of affirmations and meditations, allowing you to listen to whatever is most appropriate for your current mood. I feel more at ease and get better sleep as a result. Just in the past year or so, I came to become a believer in meditation, especially guided meditation. This extensive audiobook is set up to help the listener work through sleep issues, stress related issues and, almost everyone's issue, overthinking. If you follow along with the author and narrator, they will assist you on your new journey.

My favorite self-guided meditations delt with sleep and overthinking, which I learned are sometime intertwined. I often have trouble falling asleep, and the meditations with the positive affirmations helped me forget about the daily issues and prepare my mind to sleep. I would highly recommend this audiobook for anyone who believes in self-guided meditation, or who wants to try.
