This audio debut is smarter than you might expect if you only know Shear from her stint introducing B movies on USA Up All Night in the '90s. In this performance, recorded in front of a live audience, Shear riffs on beauty pageants, the battle of the sexes, men and their remote controls, and what really goes on in women's restrooms. There are more than a few memorable zingers here, though admittedly, most of them are at the expense of the men in the room - "Guys wonder why we always wear black.
