The wait is finally over. After one long year of planning and preparing, Lance Riddick is finally ready. What Lance doesn’t know is that a group of psych patients are currently breaking loose at a nearby insane asylum. They have no emotions and no regrets, and they quickly leave a trail of bodies as they escape into the night. As they try to get as far away from their prison as possible, they soon encounter a lone cabin in the woods. The same cabin where Lance is keeping his female prisoner.

Lance is in for the fight of his life as his cabin becomes their next target. It’s going to take everything he has to survive this battle. Does he have what it takes to win?
