If you're interested in plain erotic sex, then these are the books.. however, the narration had a lot to be desired. I found it hard to pay attention to the story sometimes, due to the performance.

Short Sweet and full of Sex

I was gifted this audio ARC for a honest and unbiased review from the author/narrator.
R.P. James is great at writing sexual encounters. This short story was extremely well put together.
I felt that Veronica Heart wasn't the best pick to narrate the book, but in saying that I was able to complete the book

The narration wasn't great for me, I found the pacing weird and a bit un-natural, at times it distracted me from the story. The character voices were pretty good so it's a bod narration.

I found some of the stories better then others. A few of them contained lots of repetition which I assume was supposed to me for emphasis but I just found annoying. I like having a collection of different stories combined and it was worth listening to, I just felt it would have benefited from further editing to make the writing a bit tighter.

All the previous glowing 5 star reviews sum up this intense, riveting and addictive listen very well so all I can add is that i cant wait for more! I've love R.P. James' work . but surely this Duet has got to be her best and most impressive work to-date.
This Duet is deliciously dark, it's smoking h.h.h.hot, it's wickedly intense, it's got shocking twists, it's perfectly paced, it's temptingly twisted, it's got gripping suspense, it's filled with sensational secrets, tantalisingly taboo subjects it's got a sexy Alpha Male whose emotions run deep and Veronica Heart did a fantastic job bringing each pulse-pounding chapter to life. which only adds danger, romance, passion, heartache, character growth and a sweet sweet pleasure..I received this title for free in exchange for an unbiased review.As always this is my honest opinion

This is a short extremely sexy story that will get the blood following and make your ears extremely happy! I wasn't really into the narration of the story. It didn't seem as normal as some of the others I have listened to. But over all it's a good listen and a great story!
