 Welcome to the planet Crosore where botanist Oriana Alera is tending to her beautiful gardens, oblivious to a war that is about to come to her homeland.

Oriana, once a fighter pilot, is forced to resume her old life when Salarian warriors threaten to invade Crosore. Unfortunately, she loses the battle and is taken to the planet Salaria by General Moaela to work as an underwater plant caretaker. She discovers she isn't the only alien captive there; a cephalopod man named Vexonti is watching her among the underwater plant life.

Drawn like a moth to a flame, Oriana watches him, captivated by his bioluminescent form and electric-blue eyes. Under the watchful eyes of their captors, the two captives secretly meet and make love, finding comfort in each other's arms.

Oriana becomes pregnant with Vexonti’s eggs, but she is a pawn in General Moaela’s grand scheme. Eager to escape the clutches of the Salarian general, Oriana, Vexonti, and a few motivated captives plan a daring escape.

Will they find their way back to Crosore, or will Oriana be forced to be the general's plaything and produce hybrid warriors for the Salarian army?
