This is an excellent short story giving the listener a look into the world of Daphne and Derrick and how they follow the domestic discipline philosophy. This is a good look into to the World of Erotic BDSM without overwhelming new listeners to the genre. Daphne has a problem following the instructions at times and breaks the rules and must face consequences clearly laid out by Derrick. This is a look into a world filled with many misconceptions and horrible stereotypes about these relationships and power dynamics.

The author does an amazing job of showing a glimpse into what happens in some of these more healthy relationships. For a short story the characters are amazingly fleshed out and very enjoyable. The narration by Ms. Wilder is excellent. This is the first time I have heard a performance from her, based off of this work I look forward to listening to more of her performances in Audiobooks. She gives Daphne life and makes this a really enjoyable audiobook combined with the excellent writing by Ginger Powers. I highly recommend audiobook if this is an area of interest or you are curious for a closer look. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
