wonderful
What made the experience of listening to My Secret Life the most enjoyable?
The writing was amazing loved the characters , it was just a fun ride I only have a chapter left and sorry it's going to be over and has always Savannah Richards is wonderful she does all the voices so well that I might just get a book narrated by her because I think she does a great job.
What other book might you compare My Secret Life to and why?
Yummm I kept having flashes of 50 Shades :)

Interesting Plot in a Steamy Romance novel.
I found this book very interesting. Yes it had some very steamy parts, but Liam and Katie learned a lot about themselves and how their lives were ruled by deep set feelings of abandonment. One by death of both parents and the other by father not accepting them. In the process they learned not only a lot about themselves, but how they keep others at a distance to protect themselves from more hurt.

Blah
blah, blah, blah, yawn! I was waiting for the strong woman to actually be strong. I thought there was potential, but I was so very wrong.
Boring story, narrator made Liam sound like middle school boy.

Oh, Please
I used to enjoy reading romance novels and needed a break from reality, so I downloaded this one. I'm sure it would appeal to the 21-27 crowd (no offense intended to the more mature members of that crowd), but just didn't for me.
The characters are SO contrived and immature to the point of being ridiculous. "You want me to quit casual sex cold-turkey? No more hooking up?" Please. A girl who's biggest phobia is having sex in a real bed and feels she has to complete "dares" because she goes to a meeting? GROW UP.
