The AI narrator being a chipper young woman reading the big bad dictator's parts made it impossible to really get into the story. Plus with the AI narrator you get the usual words that could be pronounced two ways and it guesses incorrectly. And the story itself is a lot of the big bad dictator threatening but never actually doing anything that bad at all, then suddenly he's madly in love with this woman who was supposed to be his enemy because…who knows. There's zero worldbuilding or character development at all. It's an interesting premise but the execution was miserable.
