The synopsis describes the main male character as a "loving husband" when he is definantly not that in the book. This couple had ZERO regard for Mason's wife. While Mason talks about his wife's eating disorder and other shortcomings, he compares her to Kari with crude and cringy racist inner dialogues about her effect on him, Kari is along for the ride and has no regard for being Mason's paid mistress. This is only book one of a six book series and although I loathe the couple so far, I'm curious to see how it all ends. I also have to say that the AI narration is getting better and it's actually concerning.

I'm interested to see how this will play out.
