We were high school sweethearts. One day she disappeared after class and didn't come back. She left me high and dry. I was angry. I took it out on her by sleeping with her best friend. Then she showed back up with a story I didn't believe. I was done.

I married her best friend after she got pregnant, and now I have a 17-year-old son who's stuck in the middle of our divorce.

But then I saw my ex again. Feelings arose I thought I buried all those years ago. She's still mine. I proved it against a wall after a heated argument. I found out there's been no one else since me, and now that I have her again, I'll make sure there is no one else.

Then I meet her son, and he looks just like me.

He's also 17 and best friends with my son.

The male narrator's voice teeters on sounding like AI/computer voice. Very strange. I almost couldn't listen and only did because I paid for it.

I finished this book in one day! I couldn't stop! The characters are great and the storyline is very good. wonderful book from start to finish.

I didn’t care for the characters. The story was extremely unbelievable. I only finished it because I paid for it.

It started out okay and then it went back and forth chapter after chapter. When I got to Chapter 33 THIRTY-THREE!! and still didn't know WTF, I was out!

The narration was pretty good. If you read the book description- you pretty much read the book. I love a good Alpha male but this one is kinda ridiculous with his lofty opinions on what everyone else should be doing while he’s been out of the picture for 2 decades. Just predictable and ok..

Disappointing characters. The male voice somehow made the character even more unappealing…which doesn’t seem possible. No no no. Did not finish.
